Terms of service

Speedmail is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that helps you send personalized mass emails from your own Gmail account. We do not send mail on our own infrastructure — every message is delivered via the Gmail API using OAuth credentials you grant to us.

• You're responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• Keep your sign-in credentials safe. We use Google sign-in, so this generally means keeping your Google account safe.
• You must be at least 16 years old. Speedmail is not designed for minors.

The whole point of Speedmail is that messages come from your Gmail account, which means yourreputation is on the line. We can't police every send, but if you use Speedmail to do any of the following, we will terminate your account without refund:

• Send spam— i.e. messages to recipients who have not opted in or who you don't have a prior relationship with.
• Send phishing, malware, scams, or impersonate another person or company.
• Send messages that violate Google's Bulk Sender Guidelines or local anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.).
• Send messages that harass, threaten, or defame any individual or group.
• Attempt to bypass Gmail's daily send caps or our rate limits.

Every message Speedmail sends includes a working unsubscribe link. Removing or tampering with it violates these terms and (in most jurisdictions) the law.

• Free tier: 50 emails and 3 AI newsletters per calendar month. Pro: $19/mo for 2,000 emails + 50 AI newsletters. Premium: $39/mo for unlimited (within Gmail's own daily cap).
• Subscriptions auto-renew each month until you cancel via the billing portal. Cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice via email. Existing subscriptions keep their current price for the remainder of the period.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment, for any reason. After that, paid plans are non-refundable but you can cancel to stop future charges. Email hello@speedmail.ai for refund requests.

You can stop using Speedmail at any time by removing the Chrome extension and revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We can terminate or suspend your account if you violate the acceptable-use rules above. We'll typically email you first unless the violation is severe (e.g. active phishing).

Speedmail is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee deliverability, uptime, or that Gmail won't flag a specific send. Email is a distributed system; sometimes things land in spam.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with Speedmail is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost revenue, lost contacts, etc.).

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect, and the "Last updated" date at the top will move.
